Clear Financial History

If you are in multi-user mode, switch to single-user mode. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)

To clear financial history:

  1. In the Home window on the Maintenance menu, choose Clear Data, then Clear Financial History.
  2. Select the year up to which you want your financial history cleared.
  3. Click OK.
