The Inventory & Services Transaction Reports

For all or selected inventory items and services, or assets, the Inventory and Services Transaction report shows the:

• Balance forward
• Type of transaction
• Quantity in
• Quantity out
• Quantity on hand
• Cost of goods in (revenue in for services)
• Cost of goods out (expense out for services)
• Balance.

You can print a summary report, showing totals by transaction type for each item, or a detail report, showing each transaction.

To view this report, open the Report Centre in the Home window, select Inventory & Services, and then the transaction report by name. Click Display.
