Modify the Comparative Subsidiary Income Statement

To modify the Comparative Subsidiary Income Statement report:

1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Financials, Income Statement, and then Comparative Subsidiary.
2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
3. Enter the Start and Finish dates.
4. Select the subsidiary companies to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all companies in the list.
5. Select how the information in the report should be displayed:
   • Amounts only shows the total value of subsidiary company accounts.
   • Percentage of consolidated parent shows columns for the value of the consolidated parent and subsidiary company accounts. It also includes the value of the subsidiary company accounts as a percentage of the total consolidated parent company accounts.
6. (Optional) Select additional columns to include in the report:
   • Consolidated parent is automatically selected if you chose Percentage of consolidated parent above.
   • Parent shows total value of just parent company's accounts.
   • Other (unselected) subsidiaries shows the total value of all subsidiaries that were not selected above.
7. (Optional) Customize the:
   • Columns that appear in the report
   • Printer settings for the report
   • Fonts in the report
8. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
9. Click OK to display the report.
