Export an Account Budget

To export an account budget:

  1. In the Home window, on the File menu, choose Import/Export, and then Export Records.
  2. Select Export account budget and click Next.
  3. Enter a name for the file you are exporting.
  4. Enter the destination that you want the file to be saved to, or click Browse to navigate to a destination, and click Next.
  5. Select the Selection icon in Export Records wizard column of every account you want to a export budget for. Click Select All to export every account in the list.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select the Selection icon in Export Records wizard column of every department you want to a export budget for. Click Select All to export every department in the list.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Finish.
