Add an Employee's Member Number for Pooled Registered Pension Plan (PRPP) or Voluntary Retirement Savings Plan (VRSP)
If an employee is participating in a PRPP or VRSP, you can select the plan type and then add the employee's member number to the employee record.
To add the member number to an employee record:
- Open the Additional Info tab in the employee record. How?
- In the Home window, click Employees & Payroll on the navigation pane.
- In the Tasks pane, right-click the Employees icon and select Modify Employee from the menu.
- Select an employee from the list and click OK.
- Click the Additional Info tab.
- Select either PRPP or VRSP from the Plan menu.
- Type in the number in the Member # field.
- Click Save and Close.
