Update a Foreign Currency Exchange Rate in a Transaction Window

You must have set up your company to handle foreign currencies.

To update a foreign currency exchange rate:

  1. In the transaction window, click Exchange Rate Exchange Rate icon.
  2. (Optional) In the Exchange Rate window, click Web Web site button to open your exchange rate web site and get the latest exchange rate.
  3. Enter the Date and the latest Exchange Rate on a new line.
  4. Click OK to return to the transaction.
