Print the Subtotal on Quotes, Orders, or Invoices

To print a subtotal calculated before freight charges and sales taxes on sales invoices, sales quotes, sales orders, or purchase orders.

1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
2. On the left side of the window, click Invoices, Sales Orders, Sales Quotes, or Purchase Orders.
3. Select the Print subtotal box.
4. Click OK.
