Export an Account Budget
                                            
                                            
                                                - In the Home window, 
 on the File menu, choose Import/Export, and then Export Records.
- Select Export 
 account budget and click Next.
- Enter a name for 
 the file you are exporting.
- Enter the destination 
 that you want the file to be saved to, or click Browse 
 to navigate to a destination, and click Next.
- Select the  column of every account you want to a export budget for. 
 Click Select All to export every account 
 in the list. column of every account you want to a export budget for. 
 Click Select All to export every account 
 in the list.
- Click Next.
- Select the  column of every department you want to a export budget for. 
 Click Select All to export every department 
 in the list. column of every department you want to a export budget for. 
 Click Select All to export every department 
 in the list.
- Click Next.
- Click Finish.
