Change the Access Rights to Reports
Before you can perform these tasks
- Open the company as the System Administrator.
- Switch to single-user mode.
To limit the access rights of a user or role to specific reports in a module
- In the Advanced Reporting window, select a module on the left.
- To block access to a specific report, double-click the Rights column of the report and select No Access from the list.
- Click OK.
To block access to all reports in a module
- In the Advanced Reporting window, select a module on the left.
- In the Access to <module> reports box, select No Access from the list.
- Click OK.
To restore full access to all reports in a module
- In the Advanced Reporting window, select a module on the left.
- In the Access to <module> reports box, select Full Access from the list.
- Click OK.
