Right-click on
the data box and select Properties.
In the Text section,
make the desired format changes.
Click OK
to save changes.
Note: You
can modify several data boxes at once by holding down the CTRL
key and clicking the data boxes you want to modify. You then use the toolbar
buttons to change font, alignment, or colour. When you have completed
your edits, click Save.
Right-click
on the data box and select Properties.
In the Text
section, from the list in the Background
box, select a colour.
Click OK to save changes.
To change the type of border around the data box:
Right-click
on the data box and select Properties.
In the Border
section, select whether you want the border to appear on the top, bottom,
left, or right of the data box. If you want the data box to have borders
on all sides, select all the check boxes.
Click OK to save the changes.
Note: You

With the form open
in the Sage 50 Forms Designer, right-click on the data box and select Properties.
In the Show section,
select whether you want the data box to appear on all pages, on the first
page, on the final page, or on all pages except the final page.
If the Stub
Field check box is available, then you are customizing a form which
contains more than one stub. If your form contains two stubs, and you
want the data box to appear on both stubs, then select this check box.
Click on the data
box to select it. The pointer changes to a cross when it is placed over
the data box you had selected.
Drag the data box
to its new location.
Click OK
to save changes.
Note: To
reset the form to the original template provided in Sage 50 Accounting,
on the Edit menu choose Revert To Template.
You can also undo changes by clicking the Undo button on the toolbar,
or choosing Undo Changes from the Edit menu.
