Modify a Project Income Report

Turn on the Projects feature

1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Projects and then Project Income Summary. Click Modify this report.
2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
3. Enter the Start and Finish dates for the report.
4. (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
5. Select the projects you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all projects.
6. (Optional) Select Include inactive accounts.
7. Select the accounts you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all accounts associated with a project.

Note: You must  Select All accounts to be able to select Balance-forward amounts.

8. (Optional) Select Show Departments and click Select Departments. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
9. (Optional) Customize the:
   • Columns that appear in the report
   • Printer settings for the report
   • Fonts in the report
10. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
11. Click OK to display the report.

8. (Optional) Select Corrections to include adjusted or reversed transactions in the report.
9. (Optional) Select Show Departments. Click Select Departments. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
10. (Optional) Customize the:
    • Columns that appear in the report
    • How your report is sorted
    • Results using filters
    • Printer settings for the report
    • Fonts in the report
11. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
12. Click OK to display the report.
