Modify the Serial Numbers Report
- In the Home window,
open the Report Centre. Select Inventory
& Services and then Inventory Serial Numbers.
Click Modify this report.
- (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
- (Optional) In the Select
From section, select the way you want to organize items in the selection list:
- Inventory by Asset. The selection list is organized by the items' asset accounts.
- Inventory by Item. The selection list is organized by item number.
- Inventory by Category. The selection list is organized by the categories with which the items are associated. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
- (Optional) Select
Include inactive
items.
- Select the items you want to appear in the report. Click Select
All to report on everything in the list.
- Select the Start and Finish dates
for the report.

(Optional) Select
the Show serial numbers that are Available check box to only include serial numbers with an Available status.
- (Optional) Customize
the:
- (Optional) Save the report as a template in My
Reports.
- Click OK to display the report.
