These reports allow you to generate the standard list reports, grouped by criteria that you specify. Grouped list reports can be generated for:
You can display and print a list of your vendors, grouped by any one of the following vendor record boxes: Department, City, Province, Country, or one of the five possible additional information boxes (if defined).
You can display and print a list of your customers, grouped by any one of the following vendor record boxes: Department, City, Province, Country, Salesperson, or one of the five possible additional information boxes (if defined).
You can display and print a list of employees, grouped by any one of the following employee record boxes: City, Province, or one of the five possible additional information boxes (if defined).
You can display and print a list of inventory or service items, grouped by any one of the following Inventory record boxes: Type, or one of the five possible additional information boxes (if defined).
You can also group by Location or Category.
You can display and print projects, grouped by any one of the following Project record boxes: Status, or one of the five possible additional information boxes (if defined).
To view these reports, open the Report Centre in the Home window, select the Report type, and then grouped list report by name. Click Display.
